The label tape is sticking
to the cutter and peels back as the label is
printed.
Thoroughly clean the cutting mechanism with
the swabs provided with your supplies.* Sometimes
adhesive residue can build up during cutting,
and that can cause the tape to stick as it passes
through the cutter. Proper cleaning will help
prevent this.
It may also be helpful to carefully apply a
small amount of silicone to the cutter, but
care must be taken not to get any on the print
head.
Additionally, the 3.0 mil vinyl tapes are less susceptible
to this problem than the 2.0 mil vinyl.
