I'm having trouble getting the printer
driver installed.
In order to install printer drivers, you must
have Administrative Rights for the computer.
Check to make sure you have administrative rights
on your computer. Many computer users confuse
Administrative Rights with the ability to use
the computer. In order to find out if you actually
have Administrative Rights, do the following:
Starting at your Windows Desktop: Click Start>Settings>Control
Panel.
Double click users. If it says you are
not an administrator, or that you can not log
in, then you do not have Administrative Rights.
If groups are listed find out which group your
log on name falls in. If that group doesn't
say "Administrators", then you don't have the
ability to install a DuraLabel printer driver
to your system and will need to contact your
IT department to have them install the driver.
