DuraLabel F.A.Q.

There is 4" vinyl tape in my DL4. When I print a label, only the right 2" of label gets printed. There is a jagged edge as the print fades away.

The most likely cause of this problem is that the left side of DuraLabel Ribbon Mechanism is not firmly locked into place.

Make sure that each side of the DL4 Ribbon Mechanism is firmly locked down. Release the Ribbon Mechanism and then close it, firmly pushing on each side to insure that it is locked into place.
