Call today for more information!

The following provides an update to version 2.30.93 of the DuraLabel software.

These updates are not for the:

  • Industrial Labeling Suite (ILS)
  • RTK Pro Module (Software)
  • Flash Label Module (Software)

This update is for the original DuraLabel RTK and arc flash software only. In the upper left corner of each window in the software it is identified as "DuraLabel". To upgrade to the new Industrial Labeling Suite (ILS) please contact your customer service representative at 1-800-788-5572.

Click to download the update: duralabel-software-update-2-30-93.exe (file size: 6.8mb)

Using the above link, download the update and save it on your hard drive. Then close all versions of the DuraLabel software. All parts of the DuraLabel software, including the help window, must be closed. Run the update file. This will update your existing software to the latest version.

The above update includes all updates released since version 1.00. This includes:The above download includes all updates released since version 1.00. This includes:

    • For all versions of the RTK software. Fixes a bug that caused an invalid error message to appear when a search for a CAS number was started.
  • Update 2.30.06
    • For 1.4375x3 inch color bar RTK labels, fixes bug in the on-screen display of the color bar ratings.
  • Update 2.30.05
    • Adds new software for printing 1.4375x3 inch color bar RTK labels.
  • Update 2.30.03
    • Upgrade fixes a bug in the Arc Flash software. The bug caused the miscellaneous PPE on the shock protection side of the label to be checked whenever the "Non melting shirt and pants" PPE was selected on the "Flash Protection" side of the label, and vice-versa.

IMPORTANT: For4x6 Arc Flash labels only, this update will result in the "Non melting shirt and pants" PPE not being checked, even if it was previously checked. Be sure that labels on which this PPE option should be checked, still have this PPE checked as being required! This problem only effects copies of the software that were updated by downloading an update file from this page between approximately April 15, 2006 and August 4, 2006 (from version 2.01.08 to 2.30.02). If you have not installed such an update, you will not be effected by this problem as your labels did not have a PPE option for "Non melting shirt and pants".

  • Update 2.30.02
    • Upgrades the Arc Flash software to include Spanish language labels.
    • Adds the option of printing the BUS, PROTECTIVE DEVICES and DATE on the bottom of Arc Flash labels instead of the Equipment ID.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This upgrade required a change in the Arc Flash data file format. When you start the new software it will automatically detect which version of the data file you are using. If it detects the previous version it will display a window that allows you to import your existing arc flash label data. Click on the "Start Importing" button. This must be done the first time you start the software, if you enter new labels before importing your existing labels, you will no longer be able to import your existing labels.

Importing label information into the new data format does not erase your existing data. The old version of the data file will be retained unchanged. The filename is arc-flash.mdb and it is located in the same folder as the software.
