RTK PRO
Label Printing Software
Prints NFPA Diamond Labels and Color Bar Labels
Specialized software for printing die-cut NFPA labels.

The RTK PRO label software can print 1" x 3", 2"x2", 3"x5" and 4"x6" NFPA diamond labels. It will also print three sizes
of color bar RTK labels (see below). For both types of labels the software
accesses a database providing information about more
than 1700 chemicals.* You can modify and add to the chemical
database as needed.
The RTK PRO labeling software is easy to use. Labels are modified
or created by picking information from lists provided
on the screen. Once the label is set up, click the Print button.
Up to 99 copies of the same label can be printed in one batch.
Search features allow you to search for chemicals by
either their name or CAS number. Information
in the chemical database includes common synonyms and trade names for
many of the chemicals.
If you design a new label, it will be automatially saved in
the chemical database. The RTK PRO label software
is designed to make printing your RTK labels fast and easy!
*All information should be verified using the MSDS you received with
each chemical, before printing an RTK label. Differences in concentrations,
purity, and other variations can result in differing hazards and requirements
for personal protective equipment.

Printing Color Bar Right-to-Know Labels
Another option for making RTK labels is the color bar label. This type of label, shown below, provides a more visible color code area by using large color bars.
Color bar labels are available in three sizes: 1.25" x 3", 2" x 2" and 3.5" x 4".
The RTK PRO software uses the same database for printing both NFPA Diamond labels and Color Bar labels. If information is edited, or a new chemical added while printing one style of label, the other style of label will also use the modified information. (We do not recommend using two styles of RTK labels within a facility.)
A color bar label is shown to the left. It typically includes the same information as a NFPA Diamond label, except that the color code and hazard levels are identified using color bars instead of a diamond.
The RTK PRO setup screen for creating a RTK color bar label is shown below.
