DuraLabel PRO die-cut arc flash labels come with a preprinted header. Two types of preprinted headers are available, DANGER on a red header, and WARNING on an orange header. Arc flash labeling database software, included with the DuraLabel, can be used to print the labels you need. Labels may also be printed using software such as Microsoft Word. Die cut labels are available with headers printed in English, French and Spanish.
 Die-cut labels offer a number of advantages. For example, they provide multicolor labels, while only having the cost of a monochrome printer. The rounded corners of die-cut labels not only provide a more professional look, they eliminate the problem of the label starting to peel up from the corner with age. In addition, die-cut labels help bring standardization to your arc flash labels. If you use the arc flash database software, each label will always have the same information in the same location.
Another option available with the DuraLabel is two-color continuous vinyl. This is industrial grade vinyl printed with a color strip across the top. Using two-color continuous vinyl means arc flash labels can be made in any length, and printed in any language, providing greater flexibility and versatility.
Arc flash labels may also be printed on solid color vinyl. This allows even greater flexibility. For example, the header can be printed in a larger size than would be allowed by a preprinted header. With solid color tapes there are essentially no limits.
The DuraLabel PRO has the ability to divide printing across several tapes to create large signs when the strips of vinyl are combined. For example, the DuraLabel PRO can print a 24" x 36" arc flash sign, that has an eight inch orange header with the word "WARNING" printed in the header using text six inches tall.
