Pipe Marking Software
Create pipe markers for your facility with ease!
The pipe marker module of the DuraSuite Labeling Software will automatically design labels that meet ANSI and ASME requirements. You can also manually design custom pipe markers to meet any other requirements. Below is a list of the options available within the pipe marking module to design pipe markers for your facility.
Drop Down Menus
There are four pull-down menus that provide automatic pipe marker designs for common pipe contents. These menus are:
- Flammable
- Fire Quenching
- Low Hazard Liquids
- Low Hazard Gases
Clicking on an option within a pull down menu will automatically populate your pipe marking with the appropriate text. Custom text may be entered if none of the options are appropriate for your specific pipe marker.
Arrow Style and Direction
Arrows are used to label the direction of the flow of the contents of pipes. There are 29 different arrows to choose from. All directions are available, as well as a double arrow that points east and west.
Label Size and Orientation
Label size - There are five different sizes to choose from based on the outside diameter of the pipe, plus insulation, lagging and any other covering. The supply width, font size and label length can be edited to create custom sizes.
Stock orientation - Orientation can be set so the text is printed horizontally or vertically. Choose portrait to have the text run vertically on vertically oriented pipes, or choose landscape for horizontal text.
Wraparound Pipe Markers - A checkbox lets you select either a pipe wrap or a standard pipe marker.
