Standard labels used to identify assembly components in manufacturing and food processing can be difficult to find and remove once a product is ready for packaging. A metal-detectable label makes removal more efficient and improves quality.
Detectable levels of metal are present throughout the supply's film for easy, rapid detection with most handheld detectors. Unlike similar tapes, the metal in DuraLabel's is layered with more than just a single strand of metal. DuraLabel's metal-detectable tapes have a layer of metal running through the entire width so labels have a much greater level of detection. And while most similar labels are coated with paper, DuraLabel provides a more durable poly stronger durability in rough assembly processes.
DuraLabel Metal-Detectable Tapes are ideal for printing form labels for use with permanent markers and manufacturing processes where labels must be removed before shipping. Use on bags, trays, boxes, racks and bins. Available in white and 1 to 4 inch widths.
