Potential dangers of arc flash
The arc flash labeling supplies on this page may be used with the following printers: DuraLabel 4TTP, DuraLabel PRO, DuraLabel PRO 300 and DuraLabel 7000.
No other printer gives you this many options for making exactly the arc flash labels you need.
With DuraLabel PRO supplies there are a variety of styles, colors, types, sizes, and materials available for making arc flash labels. Neither NEC nor ANSI currently specify a required label type, header or text for arc flash labels. This allows you to select materials and label design that is consistent with the warning labels used throughout your facility, with the result being you have the most effective labels for your facility. But, you must be able to get the right supplies to make the labels you need.

Die-Cut Arc Flash labels are 4" x 6" and come on 4" wide rolls. The DANGER labels
come with a preprinted RED header, while the WARNING label come with a preprinted ORANGE header. We have
developed proprietary Arc Flash Database
Software to make printing on these labels a breeze. The software is included with the purchase of a
DuraLabel PRO series printer.
DuraLabel PRO supplies provide five options for making arc flash labels.
The four main options are shown below. There are two types of die-cut labels with preprinted headers, as well as two types of continuous vinyl supply that can be used for making arc flash labels. You can also use blank die-cut labels.

We also carry continuous rolls of industrial grade, adhesive backed vinyl that are great for creating arc flash hazard labels. Using continuous vinyl provides the flexibility to create labels and signs of any size, and include just the information you want on your labels. Two options are available: single color vinyl and two-color vinyl.
Two color vinyl is also available in other colors such as red, and with various size headers.
