Overview of DuraLabel 7000 Supplies

DuraLabel 7000 Vinyl Tapes

DuraLabel Vinyl - Adhesive-backed continuous vinyl is the most commonly used material for making signs and labels. It combines durability, quality, and versatility, making it suitable for many applications.

DuraLabel 7000 industrial-grade vinyl is available in three widths and over 30 colors. In addition, two-color tapes are available, which are white with a color header. Use them to print danger or warning labels.

DuraLabel 7000 vinyl is sturdy and durable, meeting or exceeding all industry standards.

DuraLabel 7000 Specialty Supplies

Reflective Tapes are used to make high-visibility labels and signs that can be seen under low-light conditions. The two signs shown to the left were photographed under low-light conditions. The upper sign, made from reflective DuraLabel 7000 tape, is easier to see and read.

Reflective tapes are excellent for signs and labels that must be viewed under low-light conditions or viewed from a distance. This labeling supply is also handy for parking lot and traffic control signs. Use reflective tapes to mark outdoor utility boxes that may been to be identified at night using a flashlight.

Luminescent Tape glows in the dark and is used to provide information during a power failure or other emergency. Under normal conditions the sign will be white with black lettering. When the lights are off, it will glow green and have black lettering.

This tape is also excellent for marking stairways and emergency exits.

Other Specialty Labeling Materials - Other types of materials are available such as low-temperature tapes. These tapes have an adhesive that allows the label to be applied at temperatures as low as -10 degrees F.

DuraLabel 7000 Arc Flash, RTK and Other Die-Cut Labels

Arc Flash Labels - Both die-cut and continuous vinyl tapes are used for making arc flash labels.

Die-cut labels are available in two sizes: 4" x 6" and 8" x 12". Both sizes are shown in the image to the left.

Using pre-formatted die-cut labels ensures consistency and conformity to standards, making labels and signs easier to understand.

DuraLabel 7000 continuous vinyl may also be used for making arc flash labels. Solid color tapes or two-color tapes with a white body and a different-colored header may be used. Using continuous vinyl provides greater flexibility in how the label is designed and what information is included.

RTK Labels - Make these using either the NFPA diamond or a color bar. Both styles are available in a variety of die-cut label sizes.

Other Die-Cut Labels - These are labels that are cut to a preset size. In many cases they include preprinted text, such as a WARNING or DANGER header. RTK and Arc Flash labels are available as die-cut labels. In addition, blank rectangle, circle, and oval die-cut labels are available.

DuraLabel 7000 Tags

DuraLabel Valve Tags - Valves have irregular shapes that are difficult to label. DuraLabel valve tags (see the example to the right) provide a sturdy base on which labels can be attached. The tags can be attached to valves, actuators, drives, and other devices using a plastic or metal tie.

DuraTag Tag Stock - DuraTag tag stock is available on a continuous roll, allowing you to create tags of any size. DuraTags are so tough they don't need a grommet. Just punch a hole in the top of the tag, and attach the tag.

DuraLabel 7000 Ribbons

DuraLabel Ribbons - Industrial-quality ribbons are available in eight colors. In addition a black chemical-resistant ribbon is available for making labels that will be used in harsh environments.
