Why Is The Printer Flashing A Red / Amber Light?
A flashing red / amber light means there has been a problem detecting the presence of the supply…
Be sure to turn the printer off when switching supplies. If the printer is left on the first print with the new roll will result in a red/amber error light.
If turning the printer off and then on does not fix the problem, try putting in a new roll of supplies. If that works, there was a problem with the original supply roll. Please contact your customer service representative.
