Be sure to turn the printer off when switching supplies. If the printer is left on the first print with the new roll will result in a red/amber error light.
If turning the printer off and then on does not fix the problem, try putting in a new roll of supplies. If that works, there was a problem with the original supply roll. Please contact your customer service representative.
