Support and implement lean manufacturing programs with signs and labels made using the DuraLabel. The above sign identifies the person responsible for 5S activities in a specific work area.
Valve tags can be printed on vinyl and applied to tag stock as shown here. They may also be directly printed on DuraTag tag stock, or printed on vinyl and applied to rigid plastic tags.
Pipes should be labeled such that their contents and flow direction can be identified from any location from which the pipe can be seen. As shown to the left, pipe markers can include more detailed information than required by ANSI code.
Electrical labels identify panels, MCCs, conduit, breakers, and equipment, as well as arc flash hazards (image to the right). The DuraLabel PRO 300 makes all types of electrical labels from arc super sized flash labels to wire markers.
Use DuraLabel signs and labels to post emergency information on machines and equipment. To the right is a display a DuraLabel user put together to show the labels and signs used in a food processing plant.
