Arc Flash Labels

There are a variety of styles,
colors and sizes of die-cut Arc Flash labels from which
to choose. NEC and ANSI do not currently specify
a required header or text for this type of label.
The four main types of Arc Flash stock for the
DuraLabel PRO are shown below. We carry 2 types
of die-cut labels with pre-printed headers, as
well as two types of continuous vinyl supply that
work well for printing Arc Flash Labels.

Die-Cut Arc Flash labels are 4"
x 6" and come on 4" wide rolls. The DANGER labels
come with a pre-printed RED header, while the WARNING
labels come with a pre-printed ORANGE header. We have
developed proprietary Arc
Flash software to make printing on these labels
a breeze (software is included with the purchase of a
DuraLabel PRO).
The above arc flash labels are also available with the headers printed in Spanish or French.
We also carry continuous rolls
of industrial grade, adhesive-backed vinyl that are great
for creating Arc Flash Hazard labels:

Orange
4" wide continuous orange vinyl supply gives
the most flexibility when printing Arc Flash Warning
Labels.
These labels may be printed using existing software you have on your computer, such as Microsoft Word or Excel, or by arc flash software created by others.

with Orange Header
4" wide, continuous white vinyl with a 1.2"
wide orange header - allows the word "WARNING"
to be printed in the header at the same time the
rest of the customized information is printed.
