Quality DuraLabel Supplies
When you purchase DuraLabel vinyl from the OEM ( Duralabel vinyl supplies) you are assured of quality. Don't assume that all vinyl is the same. Trust the supplier that has both extensive testing and extensive R&D behind all the products they sell. What can go wrong with vinyl? With DuraLabel supplies you do not need to worry about dimbles in the vinyl. If the vinyl is not manufactured properly small dimples can form in the vinyl surface. The result is poor quality printing when making signs and labels. With DuraLabel supplies you do not need to worry about labels coming loose. Poor quality adhesive, or imperfections in the adhesive such as an uneven coating, can result in labels that do not stay stuck. Of course, labels must be properly applied to a clean surface. But when properly applies they should last many years, not just a few months. With DuraLabel supplies you do not need to worry about labels fading or the printing scratching off. Poor quality ribbons may produce printing that appears to be good, but then you find that it quickly fades or comes off. There are many types of ribbons available. Matching the correct ribbon with the material being printed is important. Just as important is using a quality ribbon. Labels: DuraLabel 4 Supplies, DuraLabel Supplies
DuraLabel Versatile Vinyl Supply
The DuraLabel supply of vinyl comes in two different types: a thinner 2 mil vinyl and a thicker 3.2 mil vinyl. Other than the difference in thickness, the 2 mil and 3.2 mil vinyl are alike in all aspects. Both the 2 mil and 3.2 mil vinyl is resistant to several types of abuse. They are treated to be resistant to many types of chemicals, water and moisture, temperature extremes, abrasion, light, and tearing. They both come in a full range of colors and they are both fitted with a strong adhesive that lasts for years 3.2 mil vinyl is thicker and is the standard labeling tape for one of the DuraLabel printers. It is stronger and has a higher resistance to damage. 2.0 mil vinyl is thinner, therefore slightly more flexible than the 3.2 vinyl. This allows it to be applied to oddly shaped objects and curves. Both vinyl types are of top quality. But depending on your labeling needs, one might work better than the other. However, whichever one you choose, DuraLabel has the supply you need. Labels and Signs That Turn Heads
There's more to proper labeling than just keeping safety inspectors happy. It's about keeping your employees safe. The DuraLabel makers recognize this and have manufactured supplies that grab and hold the attention of casual observers. Getting and maintaining attention is a key aspect of visual communication. DuraLabel supplies offers solutions to this issue by creating labeling tape that comes in different sizes and a multitude of colors. Ribbon colors include red, blue, yellow, white, green, orange, and the standard black. Rather than using common and drab looking labels, messages can be advertised and communicated by contrasting dark text on brilliant backgrounds (or the reverse). The variety of supplies just mentioned, is just the normal vinyl tape and does not include specialty tapes such as reflective, phosphorescent, or oval die-cut. DuraLabel supplies are made to last and made to get the message across. There is constant retooling and redesigning of the materials to guarantee utmost quality at the lowest price. Fast Shipping
In today’s fast-paced business world, it seems as though everything should be done 15 minutes ago. Ideally, people get things done before you need it done. This is especially true for venders and suppliers. No one appreciates having to wait for someone else. Time traveling is currently known to be impossible in all regards. However, the people at Lettering Machines can do the next best thing after reversing time: right away. Rather than twiddle their thumbs and waiting days or even weeks to carry out an order, these people immediately pack up an order and send it out. This is only possible because of the immense inventory that they have at their disposal. Their warehouse is across the street and is packed with labeling machines, including the industry-standard, DuraLabel 4TTP and the supplies that go along with them. They plan for every possible labeling task and will have whatever it is that you need. It doesn’t matter who or where they are shipping. The moment an order is filled out, it’s already packaged and on the way to the shipping bay. Should you want to see your order even faster, there is always two-day or next day delivery. If need be, you can potentially receive their order and start their labeling tasks in the morning of the next day. But first, you need to place an order. DuraLabel Die-Cut Supplies
DuraLabel supplies include a variety of die-cut labels, from round blank labels to preprinted RTK labels. With die-cut labels each label on a roll has the same shape and size. Here's a quick summary: DuraLabel RTK Labels are available in two styles, NFPA Diamond and color bar. The difference is in how the color code used to indicate types of hazards is displayed. NFPA Diamond RTK labels are available in the following sizes: - 2" x 2"
- 3" x 5"
- 4" x 6"
- 4" x 4" (NFPA Diamond Only)
Color bar RTK labels are available in the following sizes: - 1.4375" x 3"
- 2" x 2"
- 3.5" x 5"
DuraLabel Arc Flash labels are available in three languages, with either a WARNING or DANGER header preprinted on the label. The arc flash labels are available in a 4" x 6". Arc flash labels may be printed using the arc flash database software included with the DuraLabel, or generic software such as Microsoft Excel may be used. Blank Die-Cut LabelsBlank labels with either a preprinted DANGER or NOTICE header are available for the DuraLabel. This provides an economical way to products custom multiple color labels. In addition, blank labels with nothing at all printed on them, are available in the following sizes. - 4" x 6" Rectangle
- 1" and 2" Diameter Circles
- 2" x 3" Oval
The rectangle labels all have rounder corners. This provides a more professional looking label. But in addition to good looks, there is a strong technical reason for rounded corners. As a label ages it typically will start peeling up from the corners. A rounded corner helps to prevent this from happening, giving your labels longer life. Labels: DuraLabel 4 Supplies

DuraLabel 4 Supplies - Labeling Savings
DuraLabel 4 Supplies will save you money. Why? Because they typically cost 40% less than supplies for comparable industrial label printers. DuraLabel 4 supplies are available direct from the manufacturer. That means you don't need to pay the costs associated with a dealer. It means you'll always be talking with a customer service representative that has the latest and best information. It means your order will typically be shipped the same day you place your order. The bottom line is that you get lower prices and better service. Are you sacrificing quality with DuraLabel 4 supplies? No. In many cases DuraLabel 4 supplies exceed industry quality standards. For example, DuraLabel vinyl tapes are rated as having a seven year average outdoor life... tapes for most other machines are rated as having a five year average outdoor life. The DuraLabel 4TTP printer is a 300 dpi thermal transfer printer. You won't find an industrial label printer that produces higher quality printing. What about selection? A label printer is no good unless the supplies you need are available for that printer. There is a wide range of DuraLabel 4 supplies available. Few label printers offer such a wide selection of supplies. They range from shrink tube wire labels, to large format NFPA diamond die cut labels. Vinyl tapes are available in six widths and over 100 colors. Plus there is a wide selection of specialty materials available. DuraLabel 4 Supplies - Tape Thickness
DuraLabel 4 vinyl tapes are available in 3.2 mil and 2.0 mil thicknesses. Why are there two options? Because with DuraLabel 4 supplies you can exactly the right supply for the labeling job you need to do. 3.2 mil vinyl is a strong, durable vinyl that is appropriate for most labels and signs. The disadvantage is that, when applied to curved surfaces, it will tend to "straighten out" and the strength of the vinyl is such that under some circumstances it may not stay stuck on a curved surface. The 2.0 mil vinyl is more flexible and conforms better to irregular surfaces. It is less forceful in trying to return to its original shape. When you need to apply a label or sign around a curved surface, or on an irregular surface, then the 2.0 mil vinyl is the better option. That's why DuraLabel 4 supplies give you two options when selecting vinyl. You can use the heavier, and thus more durable--but stiffer--3.2 mil vinyl. Or if you'll be labeling on curved or irregular surfaces you can use the lighter, more flexible 2.0 mil vinyl. Since the 3.2 mil vinyl is the most popular labeling material, it is available in more colors than the 2.0 mil vinyl. However, the 2.0 mil vinyl is available in a wide variety of the more popular colors. With the DuraLabel 4TTP printer, you can select the supply that best meets your labeling requirements.
