A Photo Contest Truly Worth Your Effort

Graphic Products, maker of customer-trusted DuraLabel label and sign printers, has announced it is holding a photo contest for owners of DuraLabel printers and supplies. Effective immediately, Graphic Products is accepting photo submissions for creative, challenging or intuitive label and sign applications made by any DuraLabel printer, using any of the 40-plus DuraLabel supplies.

In other words, show Graphic Products how you have been using your DuraLabel printer(s) and supplies!

You might ask, "What's in it for me?" Logical question; we knew you were smart. So here's your answer: "Oh, 'just' a shiny, brand new, latest edition 8GB Apple iPod touch... worth 195 bucks!"

Sounds (and looks) pretty sweet, doesn't it.

Take these steps, and you're on your way to a strong chance at winning the coveted iPod touch:

1. Locate (or make and apply right now) a creative, challenging or uniquely effective label or sign made by any DuraLabel printer.
Insider's Tip: Look everywhere throughout your facility. Consider all the limitless possibilities of things to which you can apply a label or sign: machinery, walls, office equipment, medical devices, doorways, tools, work zones, cabinets, restrooms, bins, wires, pipes, nameplates, marine vessels, etc. Remember, Graphic Products is looking for a photo of a label or sign applied to something that communicates a useful message in a way quite possibly no one one has considered before.

2.
Use your camera to capture a high quality photo of your label or sign application.

3.
Upload it to http://www.graphicproducts.com/photos/ anytime between now and May 31, 2010.

4.
Wait patiently till May 31, 2010 for the judges to make their pick for best photo. Or better yet, repeat these steps as many times as you want to increase your chances of winning!

For complete contest rules, information about the 8GB Apple iPod touch, and to submit your photo(s), click here.

Now that's a photo contest truly worth your effort!

Specialty Supplies for the DuraLabel 7000

Now that the new DuraLabel 7000 industrial label printer--an exciting printer that prints on supplies 4"-7" in width--has been introduced, it is time to introduce some "new" specialty supplies.

Other DuraLabel printers like the DuraLabel 2000 and DuraLabel PRO printers are capable of printing on a wide variety of specialty supplies, so it only makes sense that the DuraLabel 7000 has the same capabilities. Graphic Products is always striving to be on the cutting edge when it comes to providing innovative, useful, and reliable labeling supplies. With that said, no one should be suprised that even more specialty supplies will become available in the future for use with the DL7000. But for now, here is what every DL7000 prints on (besides standard 3.0 mil supply, of course):

1. Reflective Supply: 4", 6", 7" widths; 70' per roll; white, yellow, red, green, orange, blue

2. Oily Surface Labels: 4", 6", 7" widths; 95' per roll; white

4. Repositionable Label Stock: 4", 6", 7" widths; 100' per roll; white, yellow

5. High Temp. Poly Label Stock -- Service Temp. -40°F to 300°F: 4", 6", 7" widths; 100' per roll; white, yellow

Introducing the DuraLabel 2000: Portable, Versatile, Logical

DuraLabel 2000, welcome. Welcome to what is becoming quite the large family of DuraLabel brand printers.

With the launch of the new DuraLabel 2000 Handheld Label Printer, Graphic Products is excited to provide safety engineers and facility managers everywhere a new way to complete label-making jobs with more convenience than ever. If you haven't heard what the DuraLabel 2000 is all about, check it out:

http://duralabel.com/duralabel-2000/index.php

The DuraLabel 2000 has three attributes that make it stand out from other label printers: it's portable, it's versatile, and it's logical.

The DuraLabel 2000 is portable
One great thing about this printer is its convenience. A hand strap is located on the back of the printer, which fits nicely in the palm of your hand. Because of its smaller, lightweight design, the DuraLabel 2000 can go with you in the field or wherever you are on the job. You aren't required to sit down at a computer away from where your label applications are actually needed just to design and print your pipe markers, for example. Over 125 safety symbols are already installed, and label templates are shown right on the LCD screen, so you can design and print labels on the spot.

The DuraLabel 2000 is versatile
The DuraLabel 2000 handles a wide variety of industrial labeling applications. For easy-to-read pipe markers, panel labels, 5S labels, safety labels, valve tags, identification labels, or any type of general application labels, the DuraLabel 2000 gets the job done, and gets it done right. For organization purposes, and for variety, DuraLabel supplies come in many different colors. Specialty supplies like reflective vinyls are also available for use with this handheld printer.

The DuraLabel 2000 is logical
This portable printer not only saves you time and money, it helps greatly increase efficiency at your facility. It uses thermal transfer technology, so your labels print smoothly and quickly in 203 dpi resolution. DuraLabel 2000 continuous vinyl supplies are designed to last for years in industrial environments. And in today's economy, any logical purchasing decision must have an economically based reason for action. The DuraLabel is a smart, safe investment that protects your budget today and for many years to come.

DuraLabel 2000, welcome to the DuraLabel brand family!
