Create Labels with the New Brady PMB71 Label Printer
The Brady PMB71 Label Printer is a new portable label printer that offers greater versatility in creating 1/4" to 2" labels, combining the best of features from two of Brady's own label printing family: the HandiMark and the TLS2200.
While the PMB71 from Brady offers a built-in handle for easy portability, it also offers these features:
Vivid color display for viewing label designs
A QWERTY-style keypad
A print speed of 1.5 inches per second
Compatibility with over 30 supply types
Print cable markers, wire markers, ID labels, panel labels, pipe markers and OSHA safety labels with the new Brady PMB71.
Accidents happen, but surely most of them can be prevented with proper training and general awareness of one's surroundings and abilities. DuraLabel printers provide the means for solving many problems related to warehouse safety. That's why Graphic Products created a new tool called the Warehouse Safety Hazards and Solutions Guide. It is available at no cost and offers solutions to many common warehouse hazards, including the use of compliant labels and signs.

This week, DuraLabel is introducing its first-ever DuraLabel Supplies catalog. Since the launch of the first DuraLabel printer (the DuraLabel 4TTP) in June 2001, DuraLabel has more than doubled its offering of supplies. This means DuraLabel supplies have been designed for literally hundreds of labeling applications.
With the new DuraLabel Supplies catalog, finding the right supplies for your labeling and sign-making needs is a cinch. Organized in tables by printer color (e.g., look for the charcoal-colored tables if you need supplies for the DuraLabel 9000), you'll find the exact supply you're looking for, broken down by application.
An important change has taken place at DuraLabel. What was formerly known as DuraLabel "Standard 3.0 Mil Supply" or "Standard Continuous Vinyl" is now officially named "Premium Vinyl Tape."
You might have a couple questions regarding this matter. Let your questions be answered:
So why the name change?
Because DuraLabel sells supply that is better quality than "standard." Before it's boxed and sold, Premium Vinyl Tape is meticulously examined and screened for imperfections on its surface and for overall inconsistencies in quality and performance. Competitors' "standard" vinyls are more likely to exhibit these undesirable traits. DuraLabel's vinyls, even under the former name, are not. So changing the official name of this popular supply to Premium Vinyl Tape brings the name in line with the consistently high quality traits you've long since come to associate with the DuraLabel brand.
How is "Premium Vinyl Tape" different than the popular supply I've been familiar with for so long now in "Standard Continuous Vinyl" or "Standard 3.0 Mil Supply?"
Only the name. DuraLabel's Premium Vinyl Tape is still 3.0 mil. It still resists most chemicals, it still stands up to abrasion and it is still unaffected by moisture and exposure to UV. And as always, you can still apply Premium Vinyl Tape to an endless number of indoor or outdoor applications, even in extreme environments. It is the most popular supply because of its resilient performance and "flexibility" in usability (OSHA safety labels and signs, pipe markers, custom labels, ID labels, etc.).
Feeling fed up about labeling costs, this young lady decides it's time to stop feeding her continuously hungry Brady GlobalMark all of her money. Check out the video below.
