The DuraLabel print is not a stand-alone printer, and it requires electrical power to run. These factors, however, limits the DuraLabel printer in no way should you ever need to print on-the-go. It is lightweight, compact (fits directly under the printer), can print over 500 labels on a single charge, and has enough power to print continuously for about three hours. The printer, tapes, ribbons, battery, and USB (or parallel) cable can all be contained and moved with the DuraLabel protective carrying case. The carrying case is solid. It is water and dust proof and has foam compartments that carries every item previously mentioned.
