DuraLabel Label Printers

In Need Of Shelf and Bin LabelingShelf and Bin Labeling

The DuraLabel PRO printer is perfect for making warehouse shelf and bin labeling. It prints text, numbers, graphics and bar codes on a variety of materials.

Permanent Adhesive Industrial Grade Vinyl - For permanent shelf and bin labeling 3.0 mil industrial vinyl is your best choice.

Vinyl tapes up to four inches in width provide plenty of room to print bar codes and text as large as needed. Length is no problem, giving you room to break up a long SKU or part code into component sections, making them easier to read at a glance. Plus, with over 30 colors available, the background of labels can be color coded to make identification of sections or product categories quick and easy.

Labels and signs made using DuraLabel vinyl can be used both indoors and outdoors.

With the DuraLabel PRO's ability to print larger signs by tiling multiple four inch strips together, you can also use color coded vinyl tapes to print signs and aisle markers. The following chart shows the character height required for a sign to be readable at a certain distance.

Reflective Labels For Greater Visibility - DuraLabel reflective tapes produce high visibility shelf and bin labels. This is particularly useful if bar codes need to be scanned from a distance. Using reflective label materials, and a long distance scanner, bar codes can be scanned from as far away as 20 to 30 feet.

Repositionable Labels - Repositionable labeling supplies used by the DuraLabel PRO create labels and signs that can be securely applied to shelves and bins, then removed and applied in a different locations. This material is ideal for temporary labels.

Low Temperature Labels - These labels use a special adhesive that allows them to be applied at low temperatures in cold storage facilities. As with other types of labels, surfaces need to be clean--free from oil, grease and food residue. To apply a low temperature label use a towel to clean off any frost or moisture, then apply the label. That's it!

Shelf and bin labelingDon't try to try to get by with handwritten labels that smudge, peel off or become difficult to read. Don't be limited to small size labels that require you to be up close to read. For shelf and bin labeling use quality, big, bold, durable labels and signs you can make yourself using the DuraLabel PRO thermal transfer printer.

With the DuraLabel battery you can take the DuraLabel PRO printer anywhere shelf and bin labels are needed. If you have multiple locations, you'll be able to make the labels and signs you need... and do it where and when they are needed.

The DuraLabel PRO printer and DuraLabel tapes can also be used to mark aisles and floors, as shown below.

Warehouse Floor Marking In addition, the DuraLabel PRO has a variety of specialized materials available. For example, glow-in-the-dark tapes can be used to mark emergency exit routes, doors and emergency equipment. Should there be a power failure, labels and signs will glow in the dark providing needed emergency information.
