and models. We offer telephone assistance,
manuals and supplies. If your equipment
is repairable, it's almost certain our service
technicians can repair it. In most cases
we are able to send a free loaner while
yours is in for service. More information

Free Loaner Machines
There may come a time
when you need to send it in for a tune-up
or repairs. However, we realize the importance
of keeping your "down time" to
a minimum. Therefore, we often will provide
a free loaner machine while yours is in
for service. Our state-of-the-art service
department has factory-trained service technicians
who receive the best instruction available
in order to get your equipment up and running
like new.

Huge Supply of Inventory
Being one of the largest
dealers in the nation, we are able to carry
a huge supply inventory, even for discontinued
and obsolete equipment. This allows us to
ship most items the same day you order.

in most cases we can ship anything ordered
before 3:30 p.m. Pacific time.
Free Trials
Instead of doing demos,
we ship most equipment to you for a free,
no obligation, one-week trial. Our sales
and support staff will quickly train you
over the phone to use your machine. This
gives you a chance to make sure you are
buying a product that is right for you.
And since our sales and support staff are
always in the office, they are easy to reach
if you have any questions in the future.

Warranties
Are you tired of 'disappearing'
warranties when a manufacturer doesn't honor
the promises they made in their warranty?
We fully honor all manufacturers' warranties.
We only sell products from reputable manufacturers.
And should the manufacturer not be able
to honor a warranty, we will. You can buy
