As a valued customer, you
receive technical support by calling either our toll-free
number or our local number (503-644-5572).
We continually provide training for our sales
and support staff so they can help you get
your equipment functioning properly.
Since our sales people do not do demos,
they are always available during business
hours to take your call. If they can't help,
we have technical experts to assist you.

We Service Everything

Our long history of providing
outstanding customer support and repairs makes it
easy for us to service nearly all brands
and models. We offer telephone assistance,
manuals, and supplies. If your equipment
is repairable, our service
technicians can almost certainly repair it.. Usually
we are able to send you a free loaner while
yours is in for service. More information

Free Loaner Machines
There may come a time
when you need to send in your machine for a tune-up
or repairs. We realize the importance
of keeping your downtime to
a minimum, so we often will provide
a free loaner machine while yours is in
for service. Our state-of-the-art service
department has factory--trained service technicians
who receive the best instruction available
in order to get your equipment up and running
like new. |

Being one of the largest
dealers in the nation, we are able to carry
a huge supply inventory, even for discontinued
and obsolete equipment. This allows us to
ship most items the same day you order.
Need something right away? Let us know and
in most cases we can ship anything ordered
before 3:30 p.m. PST.
Free Trials
Instead of doing demos,
we ship most equipment to you for a free,
no-obligation, one-week trial. Our sales
and support staff will quickly train you
over the phone to use your machine. You can make sure you are
buying a product that is right for you.
And since our sales and support staff are
always in the office, they are easy to reach
if you have any questions in the future.
We Honor Manufacturer
Warranties
We fully honor all manufacturers' warranties.
We only sell products from reputable manufacturers.
And should the manufacturer not be able
to honor a warranty, WE WILL. You can buy
with confidence from us because we'll be
here with free technical support and service if ever needed.
We have even been known to honor warranties
for machines we didn't sell!
