A staff of seven technicians are dedicated full-time to testing DuraLabel printers and supplies. Not only do they test every machine we ship, they also:
- test DuraLabel accessories and software
- test third party software for compatibility with DuraLabel printers
- test new templates and pictograms
- test newly developed DuraLabel supplies
- test new operating systems
Our QA technicians expert testers and they are also experts at solving problems. They are available to provide fast answers should our Tech Support staff get a unique question they can't answer. Our Sunshine Court facility, shown below, is the location of our quality assurance department, as well as our warehouse, engineering, shipping, manufacturing and the DuraLabel test lab. DuraLabel customer support is located in our corporate headquarters building located nearby.
